ANRL is a major exporter of NZ Radiata Pine logs in various lengths and grades. The main New Zealand Grading categories are Pruned, A grade, K grade, KI grade and KIS grade. We have customers who require quantities as small as a container load and as large as a full vessel of up to 40,000 JASm3.

What is Radiata Pine?
The botanical name for Radiata Pine is Pinus radiata. The heartwood of Radiata Pine is an even light brown to chestnut brown in colour.
Radiata Pine is a versatile timber and is suitable for a wide variety of applications. Treated Radiata Pine can be used for decking, fencing, exterior cladding, window sashes, pergolas, landscaping, shingles, barge boards, structural uses and exterior trim. Untreated Radiata Pine can be used for furniture, mouldings, trim and paneling.
Tests have confirmed that Radiata Pine machines well for most applications and compares favourably with a variety of other internationally traded timbers. Radiata Pine is easily processed, dried and treated and will take staining and coating.
Radiata Pine is grown commercially in New Zealand as a plantation farmed species. It is a plentiful and readily available timber species in New Zealand.
